The AMNH and Bloomingdale: Part 3 Bringing Science into the Classroom

Art project on caterpillars in the 4s

Bloomingdale teachers visit the American Museum of Natural History and learn how to engage children with the natural world.

They bring this approach into the classroom. Teachers describe processes in the natural world and encourage children to describe and understand what they observe.
