Board Bulletin: Molly Goldfarb and the BlackRock Crew

One fine day last fall, Board member Molly Goldfarb brought a group of volunteers from BlackRock Real Estate. Since their field is buildings, they brought some Duplo sets in new and exciting colors to share with the children. Molly found Bloomingdale through BoardLead, an organization that pairs people with time and energy to volunteer with well-regarded New York City non-profits. She is also on a Leadership Committee for Women in Real Estate at Black Rock, and as part of that involvement brought the recent volunteering group together. About their time in our classrooms she said, “All of the volunteers really enjoyed the experience and the children were so welcoming, loving and sweet.”

Molly is currently a member of the Finance and Development committees on the Board, and we are grateful for her commitment to our children. Thank you, Molly and crew, for spending time with us!
