Every August, the Bloomingdale staff holds a Total Staff Meeting, to focus on their community and plan for the upcoming year. New children, new teaching teams, new plans and procedures, the meeting is a time to refresh and reset. Led by Executive Director José Velilla, the staff works on community building exercises and discusses the year to come.
